Delivery and returns

Insured courier, islandwide

• Delivery costs LKR 1,500 anywhere in Sri Lanka.
• Every parcel is insured for its full value and must be signed for by the person named on the order. Please have your NIC ready.
• We dispatch within 2 working days of payment, and parcels usually arrive 2 to 4 working days later.
• Made to order and resized pieces are dispatched once they are finished. We tell you the date when we confirm your order.

Collect from a branch

• Pickup from our Kalmunai or Colombo branch is free.
• We message you on WhatsApp when your piece is ready. Bring your order number and NIC.
• You can see the piece weighed before you take it.

Exchange for life

You can bring any piece bought from us back at any time and exchange it for a new one. We value the gold at that day's buy back rate, shown on our gold rates table. Making charges and stones are not refunded in an exchange.

Returns

• If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We will collect it and replace it or refund you in full.
• Because gold prices change daily and many pieces are sized or made for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. You can still use the lifetime exchange.
• Refunds are paid to the account the payment came from, within 7 working days of us receiving the piece.
