What we collect when you order, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

Hifas Jewellery (Mujahith Royal Gold & Gems) runs this website. This policy explains how we handle your personal information, in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, mobile number, optional email address, delivery address if you choose courier, and any note you add.
- The order itself: the pieces, sizes, prices and the gold rate used.
- When you browse: we keep your shopping bag in a session on our server. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order with you, usually on WhatsApp, and to arrange payment, delivery or pickup.
- To let you track your order with your order number and phone number.
- To keep the records the law requires for sales of gold.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
- Courier companies, only your name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there. Their own privacy policy applies to those chats.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
Cookies
We set two cookies that the site needs to work: one keeps your bag between pages, the other protects forms against misuse. Both expire after two hours without activity.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and gold trade rules require, and delete other details when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or call 074 121 9086, or email concierge@mujahithgold.lk.
